South Bay Matrix is forming teams now for the 2013 competitive soccer season

South Bay MATRIX is AYSO’s year-round competitive soccer club that offers opportunities for area youth to enhance their skills in an environment with players of similar ability. South Bay Matrix has a proven track record in developing technically sound players who are ‘High School Ready’ and beyond. Our alumni include two former South Bay League High School ‘Players of the Year,’ and current rosters of local high school teams are filled with South Bay Matrix players.

We invite you to speak with our coaches, parents and players and learn more about our program.

We offer one of the most cost-effective programs in San Diego County. Unlike many soccer clubs, we do not charge monthly coaching fees. Our coaches are volunteers who are dedicated to serving the youth of our community, and they do not need to generate an income from youth sports. We do offer player development training camps and skills clinics. Professional trainers work with our players and coaches. There are indeed costs for those services. But the backbone of our organization is our volunteers. These are parents like you who believe in the volunteer spirit.

Tryout Schedule – Older Ages

• SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2013 (U15G-U19G) at SOH

Location: Southwest High School, 1685 Hollister Street (newly renovated fields)

• WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2013 (U15G-U19G)

Location: Robert Egger Jr. South Bay Recreation Center Park, corner of Coronado and Saturn Blvd.
